As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer requests, performing data entry tasks, and providing exceptional support to patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Utilize blithequark's data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments and enter information into the system. Handle patient medication requests, investigate missing information, and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Resolve third-party rejections by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements. Communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or messaging to resolve issues and provide support. Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and perform other duties as assigned by management. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, and accessing information online. Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search engine, and completing online forms. Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing documents). Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment. At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by the state, as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing documents). Fluency in Spanish and English. Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and other tasks. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
