Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry or administration is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent typing speed and proficiency with Microsoft Office or other data management software. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
