Key Responsibilities Handle customer service calls, addressing billing and payment inquiries, plan changes, and upgrades Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer questions and concerns Navigate multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records Provide personalized recommendations for blithequark's products and services, meeting monthly sales goals Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and effective service Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, with access to manager or support team assistance Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting on products and services as needed Essential Qualifications Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) Ability to work from home, meeting WFH standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.) Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry Strong knowledge of blithequark's products and services Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales goals and performance expectations Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
