You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, providing professional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and efficient manner Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized support Process orders, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints in accordance with established procedures Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service Utilize reference materials to assist and resolve customer inquiries Meet schedule requirements, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services Essential Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred Prior customer service experience desired, with proficiency in basic computer skills Ability to type 30 words per minute and perform data entry duties Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet navigation Preferred Qualifications Bilingual capability a plus Prior experience with assistive technology, such as JAWS and MAGIC, desirable Experience working in a call center environment, with knowledge of customer service software and technology Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
