Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: An Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B setting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software.
