Your Impact at arenaflex As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting and driving high levels of customer satisfaction for our large and key insurance accounts, as well as other lines of business. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing excellent, prompt, courteous, and focused call center support to policyholders via phone, email, faxes, and other correspondence. Answering in-bound calls for designated areas of responsibility and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner. Assisting existing and potential customers with policy interpretation, claims, and premium/billing-related issues, ensuring that they receive accurate and timely information. Reviewing insurance policy terms to determine coverage and comparing/reviewing policy information with customers to ensure that they understand their policies and receive appropriate support. Key Responsibilities and Expectations In this role, you will be expected to: Provide superior service to policyholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a prompt and courteous manner. Stay up-to-date with insurance policy terms, conditions, and procedures to ensure that you can provide accurate and informed support to customers. Work effectively in a high-volume call center environment, managing multiple calls and customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams, such as claims and underwriting, to resolve customer issues and ensure that policyholders receive seamless support. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred. At least 2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment, preferably in the insurance industry. Life/Major Medical/Medicare Supplement insurance experience is highly desired, although not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and provide informed support. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
