Job Description As a Travel Agent and Customer Experience Associate with arenaflex, you will be responsible for researching and coordinating travel plans and accommodations for clients, including but not limited to hotel bookings, car rentals, flights, events, and more. You will stay abreast of certifications and training from various vendors and suppliers to offer top-tier travel options and engage with potential clients to understand their preferences and requirements, delivering tailored recommendations for their trips.
