Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions, maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries. Develop and maintain excellent working knowledge of program rules for assigned projects and operating platforms required to fulfill job responsibilities, ensuring the ability to respond to customer service inquiries effectively.
