About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador, responding to inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely and professional support to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, ensuring a public-service-oriented approach that understands the needs and effectively works with persons with disabilities. Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions, maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries. Develop and maintain excellent working knowledge of program rules for assigned projects and operating platforms required to fulfill job responsibilities, ensuring the ability to respond to customer service inquiries effectively. Route mail, email, and other administrative support duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our customer service team. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our organization's values and mission. Essential qualifications include: A high school degree or equivalent, with 6 months of call center experience preferred or 1 year of customer service experience. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required, enabling you to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base. Excellent verbal, written communication, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Demonstrated understanding and ability to work with persons with disabilities, showcasing empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word is preferred, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
