About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner Escalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more as needed Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Bilingual Spanish/English required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages High School Diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience 6 months of Call Center experience preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a strong ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs and concerns Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements: Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, with a minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms, with proof of internet speed required Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
