About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Support Center, you will provide exceptional first-line client service and technical support via telephone, email, chat, and personal interaction. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US, and we are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Answering telephone calls, emails, and chats in a fast-paced call center environment, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries. Accurately documenting and processing customer claims in appropriate systems, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to required scripts, policies, and procedures. Utilizing knowledge base and training to answer customer questions accurately, and escalating complex issues to management as needed. Providing training to end-users on how to use company software products and systems, ensuring seamless adoption and effective use. Contributing to the achievement of customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling. Participating in meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date on new developments, and reviewing training materials to maintain expertise. Occasional travel may be required for conferences or customer site visits, and occasional on-call or overtime evening hours may be necessary to meet client needs. Who You Are To succeed in this role, you should be: Bilingual, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Experienced in working in a support center, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of customer handling skills. Familiar with the childcare industry, preferably with experience in subsidized childcare programs. Proficient in using CRMs, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals. Comfortable with occasional travel, on-call hours, and working in a remote environment with a dedicated home office space. Essential Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of three years of experience in customer support, technical writing, training, or education. Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and systems. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with arenaflex software or similar SaaS solutions. Knowledge of the childcare industry, with experience working in subsidized childcare programs. Certifications or training in customer support, technical writing, or education.
