About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats from our clients' customers, providing comprehensive support and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated remote working space and a reliable internet connection. Our ideal candidate is someone who is technically savvy, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
