About the Role As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, and/or through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service support, resolving routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information from databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices Offer additional products and services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion. The following qualifications are required: A associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or technical certification Fluency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking) 1+ year of customer service experience A high school diploma or GED A quiet and distraction-free home workspace Ability to multitask quickly Desire to learn new technologies Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided, but this is not guaranteed) High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment Technical certifications or specialized training in customer service or a related field Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' career growth and personal development.
