As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our merchants and delivery drivers, ensuring that we meet our exceptional SLAs, and driving quality and efficiency in our operations. This is a fully remote role, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the EST or CST time zone. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to merchants and delivery drivers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Proactively identify potential issues and implement mitigation tactics to prevent errors and failures * Develop and execute workflows to ensure exceptional quality and efficiency in our operations * Communicate trends and findings to the broader teams to improve our processes and drive continuous improvement * Develop a deep expertise in our product, processes, systems, and tools, and serve as a subject matter expert for our team * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and efficiency in our operations **Essential Qualifications** * Fluency in Spanish is required * 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced customer service role * High School Diploma minimum; degree a plus * Comfortable with Google Sheets * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, and Salesforce * Experience in a similar role in the industry * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets and other relevant tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
