Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, selling and servicing a variety of insurance policies, and building strong relationships with prospects and policyholders. Key Responsibilities Sell and service a variety of insurance policies in a supportive inside sales environment, providing exceptional service to clients and explaining the features and benefits of various policies. Liaise with underwriters to bind coverage and handle administrative tasks such as paperwork and policy renewals, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and policyholders, adapting to changing workloads and competing demands while overcoming objections and closing sales. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required, with customer service or insurance sales experience preferred. Basic knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus, with a valid Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas highly preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and team members. Goal-driven and proactive approach to achieving results, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Trustworthy and reliable, with a demonstrated commitment to integrity and ethical behavior in all professional interactions. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in both languages. Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service, with a proven track record of dependability and ethical behavior. Basic computer knowledge, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
