About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Coordinator with arenaflex's CX Solutions team, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and helping them navigate our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their issues efficiently and effectively, while also providing a positive and personalized experience.
