Job Summary: Bilingual Customer Service Representative We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in a hybrid remote role based in Miami, FL. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our members and providers, delivering exceptional support and resolving inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Your expertise in customer service, combined with your knowledge of health information management (HIM) and/or Release of Information (ROI) systems, will enable you to provide personalized support and educate our callers on program benefits, promoting a positive and empowering experience. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions. Develop and implement plans to resolve complex issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure seamless support. Maintain and restore customer satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and providing personalized support to foster long-term relationships. Conduct problem analysis, determine root causes, and recommend resolutions to callers, adhering to standard protocols and procedures. Educate callers on program benefits, promoting awareness and understanding of our services and solutions. Meet or exceed established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Utilize computer tools to accurately process and document information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop rapport with callers, adjusting communication styles to meet individual needs and preferences. Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex programs and services, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalated issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in a customer service related field preferred, with a focus on health information management (HIM) and/or Release of Information (ROI) systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in multitasking, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, with computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills required. Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect. Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, always-changing environment, adapting to new challenges and opportunities with agility and resilience. COVID-19 vaccination required, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and provide culturally sensitive support. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as health sciences, communications, or business administration. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on health and wellness solutions. Knowledge of health information management (HIM) and/or Release of Information (ROI) systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CHCSR).
