Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, chat, and other platforms, working to resolve issues and provide solutions. Your goal is to create a smooth journey for our customers from the moment they consider placing an order until they receive their products. As a Customer Advocate, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional customer service skills will be essential in building trust and loyalty with our customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth. Address customer issues effectively on the first contact and update detailed notes to maintain comprehensive customer records. Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently. Adhere to quality assurance standards and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional customer service. Place outbound calls as needed and prevent cancellations or returns by providing proactive solutions. Escalate complex issues to management when necessary and collaborate with the team to resolve issues promptly. Maintain knowledge of internal systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and effective customer service. Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer service strategies. Assist with special projects and training new team members as needed to contribute to the growth and development of the team. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Comfort with upselling and a strong ability to handle multiple systems and tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. A proactive mindset and openness to change and feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and a commitment to achieving KPIs, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools. Experience with upselling and cross-selling techniques, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
