Job Overview As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Your passion for customer service, combined with your bilingual skills (English/Spanish), will enable you to provide top-notch support to our diverse customer base. With a competitive hourly rate of $25 to $29 per hour, plus a $2 shift differential, you can expect to earn up to $63,000 - $74,000 per year, plus bonuses. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service and support. Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless user experience. Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
