As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for communicating with our borrowers, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong background in customer service, we encourage you to apply. **About the Role:** As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing customer service regarding issues in a high-volume call center environment * Opening clients' complaints and resolving customer disputes * Deescalating customer issues and escalating to appropriate managers when necessary * Meeting defined department goals and activity metrics * Daily and weekly reporting to direct supervisors * Providing pay-off quotes to dealers and customers * Providing written account information as requested by customers * Answering inbound phone calls as needed * Handling transfer of ownership **What You'll Bring:** * Demonstrated historical career stability * Willingness and ability to travel domestically for up to one week at a time, twice per year for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives * Fluency in Spanish and English * High school diploma or GED equivalent required * Minimum of 1 year of related customer service experience * Detail-conscious and task-oriented mindset * Commitment to excellent customer service to our customers and dealer partners * Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Career Development Rotation:** arenaflex offers a unique Career Development Rotation (CDR) program that provides our full-time, bilingual employees with the opportunity to experience different roles in multiple departments within the company.
