Your responsibilities will include: * Providing one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related conditions * Collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions * Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans * Working collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy * Being responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors * Being goal-oriented and maintaining professionalism in all aspects of your work * Arriving on time and being prepared for therapy sessions **Growth Opportunities** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
