As a key member of the blithequark team, you'll be responsible for: * Advancing and selling air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders * Providing assistance with passenger check-in and freight acceptance * Interpreting government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or freight shipments * Meeting and dispatching aircraft within established times * Providing support to distressed passengers and clients * Safeguarding company property and revenue * Ensuring safe travel * Utilizing coordinated skills to perform various job-related tasks with ease and finesse * Employing organizational skills to complete tasks within a limited timeframe * Being self-motivated and requiring minimal supervision * Answering and assisting during security and crisis situations * Following internal and external policies and procedures * May be required to drive and work air stairs to board and deplane passengers * Responsible for the overall performance within the workspace and may be required to lead and direct the work of other team members * May be required to perform Passenger Activity Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Peak capabilities **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and prior professional training * Read, write, speak, and understand the English language * Bilingual language skills may be required in certain areas * Valid driver's license as required by local authorities * Must meet FAA background checks to meet requirements for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * Must be able to obtain proper airport power or US Customs security identification, if applicable * Ability to work irregular and extended hours, including weekends and holidays * Must be able to answer to work on a regular and timely basis **What You'll Get** Take advantage of everything blithequark has to offer: * Medical benefits: From day one, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy.
