Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, and/or in-person communication in a customer service center. Your primary objective will be to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all responses to inquiries meet established service and quality standards. As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service will be essential in building trust and loyalty with our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed, either systematically or by forwarding to the appropriate area for follow-up and resolution Meet all production, quality, and adherence standards, and attend all required training classes Elevate issues to the next level of supervision as appropriate, and maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records Perform other duties as assigned or requested, and demonstrate a willingness to work as a team member and report to work on a regular and timely basis Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements. The minimum qualifications for this position include: High School Diploma or GED required for all levels 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center preferred, with healthcare customer service experience strongly preferred Due to Department of Defense (DoD) contract requirements, the incumbent who fills this position must be a US citizen and must also pass a background check Preferred qualifications include: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment and meeting standards Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously and respond to customers and their issues promptly and professionally Ability to take direction and navigate through multiple systems simultaneously Ability to maintain composure under stressful and fast-paced conditions Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a simple, customer-facing way Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet production standards Ability to work as a team member, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
