Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the vacation rental or hotel industry. 2+ years of experience in vacation rental customer service or hotel experience, with a strong understanding of the short-term rental market. Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours, with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances. Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English, with excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy. Extreme attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Outstanding customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional experiences for our guests. Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think independently and make sound decisions. Conflict resolution experience, with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Airbnb customer service, with a strong understanding of the platform and its features. Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Tech-savvy, with experience using a range of software applications and tools to manage and support our operations. Success Metrics and Performance Expectations To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following performance expectations: Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries, ensuring that guests receive timely and accurate information. Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency, aiming to resolve issues in less than 3 hours or ASAP. Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher, by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding experience.
