Key Responsibilities: Prepare for Classes: Review approved lesson plans, prepare equipment, and ensure a safe and engaging environment for children. Lead Sports and Fitness Classes: Instruct children in the use of our approved curriculum and equipment, promoting physical activity, coordination, and teamwork. Communicate with Schools and Parents: Positively communicate with school directors, teachers, and parents regarding class schedules, attendance, and children's progress. Manage Class Logistics: Monitor attendance, collect payments (as needed), and maintain accurate records. Represent Our Brand: Wear approved uniforms, present a professional image, and embody our company values. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to parent inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Background checks and/or FBI fingerprinting (as required by state) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours during weekday mornings and/or afternoons Energetic and outgoing personality, with a passion for working with young children Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with young children (ages 3-5) Athletic background, either participating or coaching First aid and CPR certification Skills and Competencies: Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, school staff, and colleagues. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work varied schedules, including afternoons and mornings. Problem-Solving and Initiative: Ability to think critically, solve problems, and take initiative. Physical Ability: Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, jump, jog, and move actively to execute classes.
