Our team is made up of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, and we're united by our passion for excellence and our drive to succeed. **The Role** As an Account Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, you'll be tasked with: * Developing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts. * Identifying, prospecting, and obtaining high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations. * Guiding dealers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help dealers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. * Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join the e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and customer base. * Analyze product selection gaps and identify opportunities for growth. * Build and maintain relationships with high-potential sellers and vendors. * Provide guidance and support to dealers on online selling best-practices. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve vendor problems and improve overall customer satisfaction. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree required. * 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry. * Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs. * Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning. * Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills. * Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with a comfort level with complex financial data. **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus. * 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter is a plus. * 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Flexible work environment with remote work options. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about e-commerce and sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
