What You Will Be Doing • Developing and training a Guide team to execute the Alpha learning system at a world‑class level. • Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution. • Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes. • Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques. What You Won’t Be Doing • Creating lesson plans – Guides facilitate student learning via adaptive applications; your priority is training them to excel as facilitators. • Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, you are responsible for upholding that expectation. • Conducting dull training sessions – you will coach Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential development. Executive Coach Key Responsibilities • Develop and train a Guide team to execute the Alpha system with world‑class excellence. Basic Requirements • Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related discipline. • Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives. • Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams. • Experience working with youth ages 5‑18 in educational or developmental settings. • Strong proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement. • Ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
