About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Leadership & Management Coach to deliver high-impact, personalized coaching to our leaders. This is a boutique engagement focused on real behavior change, fast results, and strong ROI — not generic training. You will work closely with managers and senior contributors in a remote, high-ownership environment, with full respect for confidentiality, trust, and cultural fit. What You'll Do: • Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching for managers and senior contributors • Strengthen core leadership and management skills (feedback, accountability, decision-making, prioritization) • Support leaders managing remote, cross-cultural teams and contractors • Deliver measurable impact within a 3-6 month engagement • Contribute to scalable leadership standards for future cohorts What You'll Bring: • Proven (min 8+) years of experience as a Leadership / Executive / Management Coach in startups or fast-growth dispersed environments • Strong understanding of modern, remote leadership challenges • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a practical coaching style • Ability to drive results quickly through personalized, hands-on coaching • Coaching certification (ICF / EMCC) is a plus What we expect: • Innovative and growth-driven: Proactively pursue opportunities with partners who will enhance our users' experiences • Flexible Hours: Meet deadlines and attend meetings in a schedule that suits you • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
