Key Responsibilities Manage inbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high satisfaction levels through open and interactive communication. Build sustainable relationships with customers by providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools. Meet personal and team targets, including call-handling quotas, to drive customer service excellence. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately. Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery. Your Qualifications and Skills We're looking for individuals with a natural talent for helping others and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be considered, you'll need: Fluency in Dutch, with a good level of English. Proven customer support or client service representative experience. Strong focus on customer needs and an understanding of customer behavior. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills. Strong written skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
