Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service through live chat, phone, and email channels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Route calls and chats to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need from the relevant teams. Conduct research using available resources to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their concerns and queries. Identify and escalate complex issues to the research team, ensuring that customers receive the necessary support and resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, completing call logs and other administrative tasks as required. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, driving continuous improvement in customer service. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
