We’ve been retained on a search for a Director of Strategic Finance with one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the U.S. The company is a vertically integrated CPG business backed by top-tier investors, and have an incredible growth trajectory. They’ve achieved 100% YOY growth for 3+ years and have now surged past $100M in revenue, with expectations to continue scaling at a similar pace next year. Incredible, they are already profitability. Despite their pace of growth, they operate with 20%+ EBITDA margins, driven by an exceptionally strong DTC engine across their own site, Amazon, and retail partners like Target and Whole Foods. They’re also moving manufacturing in-house to offset rising costs and tariffs, which will push margins even higher. With this combination of scale, profitability, and momentum, the company is preparing for a major strategic transaction within the next twenty-four months and is already attracting meaningful interest from potential buyers. The Role This is a newly created, high-impact position reporting directly to a high profile CFO. You’ll work closely with the Controller, Head of Data, Chief of Staff, and Head of Marketing, playing a central role in shaping how the business plans, forecasts, and prepares for its next chapter. This hire will help strengthen the company’s financial infrastructure, deepen performance visibility, and support both day-to-day operating decisions and the longer-term transaction strategy. Responsibilities • Own and evolve the company’s financial model, forecasting, and scenario planning • Build scalable KPI and reporting frameworks across DTC, Amazon, and retail • Partner with the CFO on FP&A, investor materials, and board reporting • Support development of long-range plans, resource allocation, and performance tracking • Work with Marketing, Data, and Operations to understand channel-level drivers and customer behavior • Lead financial workstreams tied to exit readiness and strategic event planning • Introduce process and system improvements that enhance accuracy and speed • Provide clear, insight-driven analyses that help guide leadership decision-making Candidate Profile • 6–12+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or private equity • Experience in consumer, ecommerce, CPG, or high-growth environments • Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills • Clear communicator able to distill complexity into practical recommendations • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced setting with high visibility • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Ops, and Leadership • Motivated by building structure, improving processes, and supporting major strategic events Apply tot his job
