With a diverse and expansive customer base, ranging from retail and grocery outlets to theme parks, movie theaters, and restaurants, we offer a unique and exciting opportunity for professionals to grow and develop their careers. **Job Summary** As a Director, Customer Solutions, you will serve as the customer-facing supply chain subject matter expert for key retailers, supporting all routes to consumer, including Direct Store Delivery (DSD), e-commerce, and Warehouse. You will collaborate with NAOU Supply Chain, Finance, Retail Teams, and Bottlers to develop and execute joint customer and arenaflex initiatives that drive revenue, improve efficiencies, and meet customer expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Championing system-wide competitively advantaged capabilities for national customers, including Bottler wiring and engagement, constrained packages, system sales and operations planning, and Go-To-Market Strategies * Generating customer and system value via revenue enhancement and efficiency initiatives, such as Computer-Generated Ordering, EDI initiatives, Check-in efficiencies, and night deliveries * Ensuring On-Shelf Availability (OSA) resulting in increased system revenue, retail sales dollars, and an enhanced shopper experience * Engaging customers in operational process improvement initiatives that deliver mutual efficiencies and volume/revenue * Developing enabling strategies to support Collaborative Business Planning (CBP) goals * Driving customer satisfaction and service by stewarding an improved System Service Performance in support of the arenaflex commitment and Annual Business Plans * Facilitating and monitoring the Customer Service and Supply Chain portions of the Customer Service Improvement Plan (CSIP) process in support of the customer teams * Stewarding value creation and building collaborative relationships with appropriate stakeholders at the Bottler, Customer, and NAOU Functional Teams * Identifying and addressing systemic service issues through collaboration with Bottlers, North America Operating Unit, and Customers * Implementing electronic order-to-cash capabilities and supporting business processes to streamline transactions **Key Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * Minimum 5 years of experience in combination of customer-facing roles, sales operations, supply chain, and bottler relationship management * Demonstrated ability in delivering transformational initiatives and enabling capabilities for consumer product goods organizations * Specialized technical skills in supply chain metrics, lean/CI, Six-Sigma, process improvement, Collaborative Business Planning, Collaborating for Value, negotiation, project management, portfolio management, and beverage industry with strong exposure to warehouse delivery and DSD * Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on customer-facing roles and initiatives **What We Offer** * Competitive base pay, with a pay range of $134,800 - $165,200 * A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position * Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30 * Opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company * A diverse and inclusive work environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning * A chance to work with iconic and innovative brands that refresh the world and make a difference every day **Our Culture** arenaflex is committed to nurturing an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
