**Experienced Member Services Representative – Customer Service & Payments Operations**

As a Member Services Representative, you will be an integral part of the Payments and Digital Strategy team at arenaflex Credit Union, working on a daily basis to process checks, direct deposits, and budget transfers. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! **Why You'll Love This Role** As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: * Completing data access and balancing tasks * Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member check returns on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines **What You'll Get** As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel Perks: With over 6,800 daily flights across our global network, you and your loved ones can explore 365 destinations. * Health Benefits: On day one, you'll have access to health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits, plus digital health visits, flexible spending accounts, and more. * Wellness Programs: We want you to be your best self – that's why our wellness programs offer the tools, resources, and support you need. * 401(k) Program: Available upon hire, with company contributions to your 401(k) plan after one year. * Additional Benefits: Enjoy our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all.
