[Remote] Provider Data Representative

The Provider Data Representative role involves supporting the accuracy of provider demographic data through outbound calls and providing technical support to providers. Responsibilities • Conducts outbound calls to validate accuracy of provider data within directories. Provides excellent customer service while speaking with providers • Provides problem triaging if needed while engaging with providers on calls • Ensures calls and issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner • Maintains comprehensive tracking and documentation for all calls and records • Applies applicable knowledge of the VA or TRICARE program and its related technology in handling service calls • Performs other duties as assigned • Regular and reliable attendance is required Skills • High School Diploma or G.E.D • At least one year of experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or office environment • U.S. Citizen • Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation • Effective verbal, written, and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field • VA or TRICARE Program experience Benefits • Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage • Paid time off • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (with matching) • Short-term and long-term disability, basic life, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance • Tuition reimbursement • Paid volunteer time Company Overview • TriWest Healthcare Alliance - Serving Those Who Serve.
