Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in healthcare or customer service being a plus. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service and support.
