You will engage with customers via live chat on our website or social media accounts, answering questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via live chat on our website or social media accounts, providing timely and effective support and solutions. Question Resolution: Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts in a professional and courteous manner. Independent Work: Work independently in a remote environment, utilizing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management via live chat, email, and other communication channels. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and solutions, and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to provide exceptional support to our customers. Requirements Essential Qualifications Device and Internet: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop), and a reliable internet connection. Independent Work: Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy in your work. Availability: Availability for at least 5 hours per week, with flexible hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
