Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience with our services Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including notes, updates, and resolutions Collaborate with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in customer service or a related field. You should be fluent in spoken English, with a near-native level of proficiency, and be available to work US business hours. A strong understanding of common computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly are also essential.
