Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team as a Bedding Product Expert. As a vital member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients' customers, resolving inquiries promptly, and fostering positive relationships. Your expertise in bedding products will enable you to confidently answer product-related questions, provide recommendations, and stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions. If applicable, you will also lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, monitoring their performance and providing coaching and feedback to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Respond to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting response time goals. Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times. Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring seamless and efficient customer experiences. Product Expertise: Become a thorough expert on our bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of the products and their applications. Stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions, ensuring that customers receive the most current and accurate information. Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing, ensuring that all interactions are professional and friendly. Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times, fostering positive relationships with customers and promoting a positive brand image. Team Management (If applicable): Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback, ensuring that all team members meet response time goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure the team adheres to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries, promoting a culture of efficiency and effectiveness. Essential Qualifications Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
