About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our cardholders, handling inbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, authorize sales, and build lasting relationships with our clients. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two calls are the same, and your problem-solving skills will be put to the test. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Authorize sales and process customer requests, adhering to company policies and procedures. Build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive community. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 6+ months of customer service experience, or equivalent military experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service. Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage multiple windows, type proficiently while speaking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. The ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology. Bilingual or multilingual language skills, enabling you to support a diverse customer base.
