As a Business Strategist & Coach, you will utilize our proven methods for business growth for couples - combined with your own experience of growing businesses and navigating unique relational dynamics - to identify client constraints to business growth, develop tactical plans to resolve them, and work closely with the client to advise their implementation. As a result, you will be the direct contact with our industry-leading couple clients to help them increase their revenue, their profits, and their efficiency… while supporting them through any relationship challenges that may come with business growth. Responsibilities Client Success Management • Onboard new clients and get them set up for success within the program • Conduct private client strategy calls and provide proven resources to help them solve problems quickly • Engage directly with clients via a messenger platform (Slack) to check in, hold them accountable, and provide feedback and support in between strategy calls • Comfortably offer opportunities for clients to renew or ascend into a higher-tier program that may provide them additional support • Keep client records up-to-date Business Analysis & Solutions • Analyze and interpret business data from client materials, strategy sessions, and relevant market research • Diagnose growth opportunities for each client • Determine and prescribe the best growth strategy based on the client’s unique needs and strengths (in topics ranging from marketing, sales, operations, team leadership, and relational dynamics as a couple) Consulting Deliverables • Create high-quality documented action plans with relevant resources to deliver to each client • Ensure deliverables are in line with best practices, methodologies, and frameworks of the company Framework Development • Develop, test, and refine scalable business frameworks and playbooks to address recurring challenges for clients • Continuously update these materials to reflect industry trends, best practices from successful client case studies, and evolving business needs • Leverage insights and pattern recognition across clients to enhance playbooks and frameworks Company Representation & Collaboration • Collaborate directly with senior strategists to continuously grow in your strategy and coaching skillset • Coordinate with the team to communicate client findings, determine recommendations, and enhance future client deliverables • Actively participate in client acquisition strategies (such as webinars, challenges, and in-person events) to engage new leads and convert new sales • Represent the Couplepreneurs brand with excellence through every lead and client interaction, and through your online social media platforms - including posting company content and your own brand-aligned content. Requirements • Ideal candidates have experience in a business consulting or a similar coaching / advisory role, and a history of entrepreneurial success in founding and scaling a company to at least 7-figures in annual revenue. • Proven track record of elite business expertise across strategy, marketing, operations, hiring and managing a team, and tracking data / KPI’s to ensure business growth. • Experience running a business with or working with their significant other in a professional capacity • Strong business acumen and the confidence to advise experienced CEOs who are at the 7-figure and 8-figure level • MUST have excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills • Proven sales ability preferred • Can proficiently use and navigate Google Drive (and Google’s associated applications, such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc) • Experience with Slack, Zoom, and customer relationship management tools, such as High Level preferred • Excellent time management, and has the ability to complete tasks in an efficient manner and prioritize tasks effectively • Availability between 9am and 5pm eastern time preferred, though hours are flexible • Demonstrable alignment with our company core values, including: • Maximize Your Potential: Considers themselves driven and growth-oriented, always aiming to give it their all • Role Model Behavior: Works and aims to live their life as if they are setting a positive example for their family, friends, and coworkers • Truth With Love: Prefers a direct communication style, and is willing to openly accept and provide feedback in a commitment to grow personally and professionally • Speed With Precision: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining organization, accuracy / detail-orientation, and world-class quality in their work Results • Data-Driven Decisions: Effectively analyze client data, recognize trends and patterns, and develop strategic insights based to guide clients to their intended results. • World-Class Consulting: Consistently deliver high-quality verbal and written consulting materials that meet or exceed client expectations, delivered within 24 business hours of client strategy calls, and align with proven company methodologies and frameworks. Contributing to a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80% or higher. • Client Handling: Efficient and supportive communication, within 24 business hours to clients, representing our brand with excellence in all client communications, and resulting in client renewal rates of 80% or higher. • Framework Creation: Frameworks and playbooks created as needed to enhance client experience, implementation, and results, and maintained for updates and accuracy. • Brand Representation: Company brand represented with excellence in all capacities, including posting content online 3x/week to engage clients and potential clients. Schedule • Part-time to start / train, with the goal of moving to full-time within 3-6 months from start date. • Must be available during regular business hours Monday-Friday, though hours are flexible. • Must be flexible and able to work additional hours or weekends before / after events if the situation warrants it. Location • Remote, with preference given to those in the state of Florida for occasional in-person events. This role is ideal for someone who has run their own business or managed a business, has experience working with their significant other in a professional setting, and wants to use their experience to help couples achieve their business goals within a growth-oriented company environment. This role is NOT ideal for someone who wants to continue running their own business long-term.
