Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Experience Sponsors and Grant Writer to lead our fundraising initiatives and cultivate meaningful partnerships. In this pivotal role, you will craft compelling grant proposals, manage sponsorship relationships, and develop strategies to secure vital funding for our programs. Your expertise will drive our mission forward by identifying opportunities, building relationships with funders, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Duties • Research potential funding sources, including government agencies, foundations, and corporate sponsors, to identify new opportunities aligned with organizational goals • Write persuasive grant proposals and sponsorship requests that clearly articulate program needs, objectives, and expected outcomes • Manage existing sponsorship agreements and grant contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions • Maintain comprehensive databases of funding sources, application deadlines, reporting requirements, and correspondence using tools such as Raiser's Edge or similar CRM systems • Develop detailed budgets and financial reports to support grant applications and monitor fund utilization effectively • Collaborate with program teams to develop project proposals that align with strategic planning initiatives • Proofread and edit proposal drafts for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism to maximize funding success rates • Prepare regular progress reports and final evaluations for funders to demonstrate impact and ensure ongoing support Experience • Proven experience in grant writing, proposal development, and sponsorship management within nonprofit or related sectors • Strong understanding of contracts, contract management, and compliance requirements for grants and sponsorships • Proficiency in databases such as Raiser's Edge or comparable CRM tools for tracking funding activities • Demonstrated success in fundraising efforts through proposal writing, relationship cultivation, and strategic planning • Excellent research skills to identify new funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling technical documents, financial reports, and program descriptions • Sharp editing and proofreading abilities to ensure all materials meet high standards of professionalism • Experience in program development, budgeting, and financial report writing to support grant applications and reporting obligations Join us in this rewarding role where your expertise will empower our organization’s growth!
