The role involves driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to meet client needs. Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads in a quick timely manner Incorporate value-based selling in customer conversations Maintain pipeline and log activity appropriately in Salesforce Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer to customize package Prospect new accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Utilize sales strategies and available sales tools to meet revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity Participate in trade shows and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads Skills Have experience in business development or sales, preferably in the trade show industry Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills Have excellent communication and relationship building skills Have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to learn and grow Demonstrate a positive attitude with a willingness to accept constructive criticism and implement change Company Overview LexisNexis Risk Solutions provides information to assist customers in industry and government in assessing, predicting, and managing risk.
