Develop and maintain transfer articulation agreements with other institutions to ensure smooth transfer of credits for students. Review and evaluate transfer credits to determine course equivalencies and applicability towards degree requirements. Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date transfer credit information. Advise transfer students on course selection and degree requirements. Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to transfer articulation. Serve as a liaison between transfer students and academic advisors to address any concerns or issues. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improving transfer student success. Participate in recruitment efforts and events to attract and retain transfer students. Train and supervise staff responsible for evaluating transfer credits and maintaining transfer articulation agreements. Maintain accurate and updated records of transfer credit evaluations and articulation agreements. Stay updated on state and federal regulations related to transfer credit and make any necessary adjustments to policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement programs and initiatives to support transfer student success. Assist with the development and maintenance of transfer student resources, including transfer guides and orientation materials. Monitor and track transfer student retention and graduation rates and develop strategies to improve these metrics.
