Administrator (Georgia Remote)
As a successful Administrator, you will ideally, already be working within a Financial Services business and have a good working knowledge of good administrative practices. The successful post holder will be responsible for logging complaints, working emails, processing payments and producing DSARs when requested. Requirements • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a financial services business • Experience of working with Google Workspace (G Drive, G Mail, G meet, G Docs, etc.) • Data entry experience • Experience in payment reconciliation • Excellent attention to detail, passionate about getting it right the first time. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Computer literate. • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to deadlines • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work. • A strong mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. • Able to work collaboratively and independently.
