The Analyst II will assist with complex Human Resources functions, serving as a liaison between various HR departments and supporting personnel matters within the Division of Maintenance. Responsibilities Assisting with the difficult and complex Human Resources functions for the Division of Maintenance Serving as the liaison between HQ-OHR, DO-HR, Regional HR liaison, and the division Working with internal stakeholders to prepare Request for Personnel Action (PARF) documents for submittal to Budgets and the Division of Human Resources (DHR) to minimize potential delays of recruitment efforts Supporting the Maintenance Regional Offices and MTCE Management with less complex personnel matters Partnering with the district's DHR Office on onboarding and other personnel matters Skills Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle The position(s) require(s) a valid and unrestricted Class C driver's license Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is required Describe your experience working with personnel-related documents such as PARFs, duty statements, or job advertisements. Include how you ensured accuracy and compliance with HR policies and procedures Please describe your experience handling a high-volume workload with competing priorities and deadlines. What challenges did you face, and how did you overcome them? What strategies have you used to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (e.g., HR, hiring managers, candidates)?
