This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including composing and preparing correspondence Create, issue, track, and maintain Service Dongles for system access Collaborate with Technical Publications and Training teams on documentation validation and publishing Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including training audits, overdue lists, and reporting Analyze training surveys and prepare reports using Cornerstone LMS Assist with scheduling and attending meetings as needed Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively follow through on assignments Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and safeguard company information and assets Skills Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage both independent and team-based administrative projects Experience with Salesforce, Cornerstone LMS, Smartsheet, or Sentinelle Prior experience in administrative or project-based support roles Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Company Overview BEPC Incorporated provides Technical Engineering and Information Technology Project Management services to Fortune 500 companies in the industries: Life Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technologies, Advanced Technologies, Automotive, and Construction.
