Product Quality Safety Director
Job Description: • Leverage deep institutional knowledge of pharmacy practices to mitigate risk across 9,000+ pharmacy locations • Set and execute a strategic vision for product integrity programs • Manage clinical assessment protocols, temperature monitoring systems, and cold chain asset management • Monitor program performance and spearhead process optimization initiatives • Oversee complex budgets and resource allocation for cost-saving initiatives Requirements: • 5-8 years of experience • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to lead multiple work streams simultaneously with the ability to identify and readjust priorities as needed while consistently meeting deadlines • Exhibits leadership skills and has an established track record of successfully leading individuals/work streams • Collaborate with various leaders, organizations, and stakeholders across the industry and enterprise to help inform strategic initiatives, prioritization of efforts and formulation of specific projects to implement improvements within the retail organization • Demonstrate ability for independent judgment, initiative and confidence to share expert opinions • Demonstrates strong executive presence with excellent communication and writing skills • Demonstrate competence with spreadsheets and presentation software, including knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word • Ability to travel occasionally Benefits: • Affordable medical plan options • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) • Employee stock purchase plan • No-cost programs for all colleagues including wellness screenings • Tobacco cessation and weight management programs • Confidential counseling and financial coaching • Paid time off • Flexible work schedules • Family leave • Dependent care resources • Colleague assistance programs • Tuition assistance • Retiree medical access Apply tot his job
