YouTube Researcher & Scriptwriter Needed – Help Me Build a Faceless Channel from Scratch - Contract to Hire
Hey! I'm launching a faceless YouTube channel and need someone who can wear a few hats – starting with finding the right niche, then helping with content strategy and scriptwriting as we grow. I'm not just looking for someone to do one task and disappear. I want a partner who understands YouTube inside and out and wants to build something together long-term. • *Here's the plan:** Start in a high CPM niche that's evergreen, not oversaturated, and appeals to English-speaking audiences (US, UK, Canada, Australia). Then create a content system that actually works. • *What You'll Be Doing:** • *Step 1: Find the Right Niche** - Research 5–10 solid niche options (high CPM, evergreen, not crazy competitive) - Analyze what's working for other channels in those spaces - Give me your honest recommendation on which one to go with and why • *Step 2: Build the Content Strategy** - Map out what kind of videos we should make and how often - Find trending and evergreen topics that will perform - Come up with title ideas, thumbnail concepts, and keywords that'll help us rank • *Step 3: Write Scripts & Help Manage Content** - Write engaging, well-researched scripts (usually 5–10 minutes per video) - Make sure everything fits the channel's vibe and keeps people watching - If you've got experience coordinating with voice-over artists or editors, even better (but not required) • *Who I'm Looking For:** Someone who's actually done YouTube work before – whether that's research, scripting, or managing a channel. You should know your way around high CPM niches like finance, business, tech, luxury, health, pets, travel, etc. Bonus if you use tools like VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Google Trends, or similar. Most importantly: you're a solid writer, you think strategically, and you're reliable. I want someone who sees this as more than just a quick gig. --- • *What I Need to Start:** 1. A niche research report with your top recommendations 2. 3–5 video ideas with quick outlines 3. 1–2 full sample scripts so I can see your style and quality If things go well, this becomes an ongoing role with: - Regular content planning - Scriptwriting every week or two - Channel optimization and growth strategy --- • *Budget:** I'm working with an entry to mid-level budget right now, but I'm open to discussing rates based on your experience. I'm looking for someone talented and affordable who's interested in growing with the channel, not someone charging premium agency rates (at least not yet!). --- • *To Apply:** Just tell me: 1. What's your experience with YouTube? (research, scripting, managing channels, etc.) 2. Got any examples of channels or videos you've worked on? (links appreciated if you can share) 3. Give me one niche or video idea you think has real potential right now – and why. 4. What do you typically charge per script or research report? Looking forward to working with someone who's as excited about this as I am! Apply tot his job
