About the Role As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support to customers during a challenging time. You'll work closely with our Operations team to ensure seamless claim intake, resolve customer issues, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Customer Service and Claim Intake: Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries, providing technical expertise and empathy when needed. Collect and document claim details accurately, adhering to client-specific handling instructions. Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries. Punctuality and Reliability: Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations. Adhere to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Language Skills: The ability to read and interpret documents, such as police and accident reports. A confident, clear, and professional telephone presence. The ability to provide feedback verbally and in writing in a positive, professional manner. Computer Skills: Knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel. A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Education and Experience: A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). 1-2 years of quality assurance experience (preferred). Preferred Skills While not required, being bi-lingual in Spanish is highly preferred, as it can enhance your ability to support a broader range of customers. Network Requirements To work effectively in this remote role, you'll need: A reliable computer and internet connection (Ethernet connection strongly recommended).
