This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape how a growing engineering organization delivers high-quality, reliable software will oversee Quality Engineering, Developer Experience, Technical Operations, and Internal Tools, ensuring systems are resilient, processes are efficient, and customer experience is seamless. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to improve development workflows, establish automation-first practices, and drive strategic initiatives that impact the entire engineering organization. This role balances hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight, providing a platform to mentor engineering leaders while driving organizational excellence. Ideal candidates are collaborative, customer-focused, and experienced in leading complex software development functions with a focus on quality and operational efficiency.
