If you're a results-driven professional with a passion for small business banking, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Virtual Small Business Banker (LO), you'll have the following key responsibilities: * Provide a full range of banking services to small business customers in an assigned territory, including deposit, lending, and payment products. * Partner with internal teams, bankers, and lines of business to deliver our company's products and services. * Serve or refer the small business customer's needs, as appropriate or needed, to ensure exceptional customer experiences. * Assess complex needs of small business customers, recommend, and open new deposit, lending, and payment products where applicable. * Deepen and retain existing assigned relationships through customer outreach and engagement. * Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. * Provide information to managers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. * Spend at least 80% of your time on the phone assessing and servicing customer needs. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * 6 months of Small Business Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. * Strong understanding of the small business banking environment and affluent client markets. * Excellent telephone etiquette skills and ability to make effective sales presentations that win client's business. * Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry: client account administration, sales activities, and relationship management. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial for this role: * Experience developing and managing client relationships. * Business Credit Experience. * Experience in business banking sales, sales support, credit, and client support. * Knowledge and understanding of outbound calling and assessing customer needs. * Ability to support affluent clientele/small business clientele. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. * Strong understanding of financial services industry: client account administration, sales activities, and relationship management. * Ability to make effective sales presentations that win client's business. * Strong telephone etiquette skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
